Reply with quote | #3 | I'm such a chump, I didn't even read that far on the email - THANKS! I'll get some forehand video done and get it over to you; I need more of a weapon. Tennis is still good fun, and I'm still (always) trying to learn more and improve.
I recently put in a change to my serve which has given me a 10-15% increase in power every time - but I don't know why! Perhaps you can explain it?
I had a period of six months when my tall toss went all over the place. I fixed it by shifting my weight to my back foot just prior to the toss. Then the other day I decided to try lifting my left foot off the ground (I'm righthanded) - my interpretation of what, for example, Roddick used to do. The result was instant extra serve power! |
